Yomo Laundry is a SaaS platform developed and operated by Metastore Private Limited. The platform is used by independent laundry service providers to manage their business operations and offer services to their customers through branded mobile and web applications.

Metastore Private Limited does not provide laundry services directly to end customers.

Platform Owner & Data Processor: Metastore Private Limited
Laundry Service Provider (Client): Independent businesses using the platform (Data Controller)
End User: Customers using the client-branded applications

Customer data is collected on behalf of the respective laundry service provider. Metastore Private Limited processes data solely to provide and maintain the platform and does not use customer data for its own commercial purposes.
